The problem

Revision requests came in through every channel at once, and the team re-read the whole thread every time just to figure out who should handle it.

What I built

An AI triage layer that reads the full conversation context on an order, decides what the customer is actually asking for, and routes the request into the right lane with the history attached.

The outcome

Requests land where they belong on the first pass, and the team stopped re-reading threads to make routing decisions.

A home-loan brokerage

Multi-state migration + A2P

The problem

Sub-accounts sat under someone else's agency, contacts leaked across state lines, and SMS was going out without compliant registration in every state they operated in.

What I built

A migration of every sub-account onto their own agency, a rebuild of the contact boundaries so one state's records stop bleeding into another, and A2P registration handled state by state.

The outcome

They own their own platform now, each state's data stays in its own lane, and their texting is registered where it needs to be.

An education company

Funnel + nurture stack

The problem

The offer funnel and the follow-up were fighting each other. People with a call already on the calendar were still getting pitched to book one.

What I built

A rebuilt offer funnel and a post-call nurture stack with hard rules baked into the logic, starting with the big one: nobody who has a booked call gets a message asking them to book.

The outcome

Follow-up now matches where the person actually is, and the embarrassing sends stopped.
