About

The story.

Reactors, then products, then ads, then systems. Every step of it shows up in how I build.

  1. 10 YEARS

    Navy nuclear operator

I spent ten years running nuclear power plants for the Navy. You do not improvise on a reactor. You follow a procedure that somebody wrote carefully, and you follow it the same way at 3 in the morning as you do at noon.

That is where I learned to stay calm when things go sideways and to trust a written process over my own memory. Every system I build now is downstream of that.

  2. NEXT

    Instructor in Pittsburgh

Then I taught it. I stood in front of people in Pittsburgh and had to make reactor physics land for someone hearing it the first time.

Teaching is where I found out I actually liked explaining hard things. If you cannot say it plainly, you do not know it yet.

  3. $1M

    A million dollars in ecommerce

After the Navy I built an ecommerce business and took it past a million dollars in sales. I learned marketing the expensive way, with my own money on the line.

Ads, offers, email, what converts and what just feels clever. Losing your own cash on a bad campaign teaches faster than any course.

  4. AGENCY

    The agency years

I ran an agency through the Facebook ads era. Some of that work was genuinely good and some of it was riding a channel that was easy at the time and got hard fast.

I will be straight about it: the results that came from cheap traffic were not the same as results that came from a system. That gap is what pushed me into building instead of buying attention.

  5. 6 YEARS

    Deep on HighLevel and Make

Six years now building client systems in GoHighLevel and Make. Funnels, pipelines, follow-up, compliance, migrations, the unglamorous plumbing that decides whether a business runs or leaks.

This is the part I would call a craft. I have made most of the mistakes already, which is most of what a client is paying for.

  6. NOW

    The AI-partner era

My business runs with an AI teammate. Not a chatbot I open when I get stuck, an actual partner in the work, every day.

It holds the context, drafts with me, catches what I miss, and builds alongside me. Teaching other people how to work this way is the whole point of what I am doing now.
